Hot tubs
Hot Spring® and our own Aqualand Spas line — 3 to 7 seats, plug-in to full 230 V.
Saunas

Cold plunge
Hot Spring Vigor™ — 40°F on a 115 V plug, UV-C clean water, one seat, zero excuses.
Swim spas
Endless Pools® R-Series — a heated 12-to-15-foot lake in your backyard, year-round.
Contrast therapy, plainly
Heat. Cold. Repeat.
1. Heat
15–20 minutes in the sauna or spa. Muscles loosen, blood flow climbs, the day lets go.
2. Cold
1–3 minutes in the plunge. The reset. Sharper head, calmer nerves, faster recovery.
3. Repeat
Two or three rounds. That's contrast therapy — and it's why the room is built as one thing, not three products.
